At Transformers Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
